Immerse yourself in a gentle yet powerful yoga practice that nourishes body, mind, and soul. Our Anusara Flow for Self Care combines precise alignment with fluid movements to promote healing, regeneration, and inner growth.
The class begins with a short meditation to bring you into the present moment and direct your attention inward. This is followed by a mindful flow that releases tension and provides new energy. Through the precise alignment of Anusara Yoga, you can intensely feel each pose and unfold its effects.
Soft movements and conscious breathing create space for healing on both physical and emotional levels. The practice ends with a deep relaxation that reduces stress, balances your system, and gives you new strength.
This Anusara Flow is an invitation to self-care – a valuable time to pause, nourish yourself, and return to everyday life strengthened.
